Hey there,

I’ve stumbled upon something pretty significant recently while working with several of my clients who wanted to achieve faster fat loss.

This new discovery I made proved to be pretty amazing at melting fat off the body. It’s a combination of working out in a short burst, high intensity kind of way and a manipulation (for a lack of a better word) of your eating program – NOT A DIET.

But here’s the coolest part of this thing… the results come FAST. In fact the entire program lasts 14 days and the results are amazing.

I’m considering offering this program to a small group of people who are interested in burning a lot of fat in 14 days.

So I’m calling it my “14 Day Fat Flush system," but before I commit to doing a program like this, I wanted to see how many people on craigslist would be interested in a 14 day rapid fat loss program like this.

If you think you’d be interested in joining my small group of “beta testers” and getting fast fat loss results in 14 days, then hit reply to this email and let me know and I’ll let you know if and when I plan to launch this 14 Day Fat Flush system.

Thanks a bunch!

To all fellow cyclists,

Hi my name is Andrew and I just started cycling this year...am loving it. At the moment I have small group of friends and we sometimes meet on Sunday to do a ride to the airport. I am interested in adding new members to the group esspecially ones who are avid and somewhat commited to cycling...you dont have to be super fit but you just gotta have the desire to ride. So in summary if you are looking for some friends to cycle with please join me and my friends...we are all college students in the age range of 18 - 24 years. I hope to meet some of you out there so that we can ride and excercise...

Me and a friend are planning a road-trip to Malaysia for my visa-run.

We have our own transport and we are looking for 2 other people, preferably males, aged 20-30, with a sense of adventure,
to join us and share in the gas & accommodation expenses.

We will start in Phuket, stay 1 night in Trang and continue driving to Penang and possibly even Singapore if we can all still afford to.

We would like to personally meet everyone who is seriously interested in taking this on face-to-face, and we can also offer you bed for the night prior to the day we leave, which would be sometime between this weekend and next week.
We are open-minded and looking to make the most out of this trip despite being on a tight budget, so there's plenty of opportunities for stop-overs at landmarks and beaches and experiencing different cultures first-hand; We are even keen to see what the local nightlife has to offer.

If this sounds interesting to you, or if you are also looking to do your own visa-run or just want to come along for the ride,
don't hesitate to call me (EJ) on 0852252750 for more info / to arrange a meet-up.

Hello!

Planning a trip to Thailand this November and wohuld really like to email/chat with someone about their experience, where they went, ease of travel, safety ,etc.

I have backpacked around South America quite a bit, but now I'm branching out to asia, where the language is foregin and i think it will be a completley different experience, so i am rather anxious and would love to chat with someone who has been?

Or are you thai? Im studying thai now and will be everyday for the next couple of months and hope to be at least at very basic conversational level by the time I touch down i Bangook.

Im about to book the ticket this week...fly in Chaing Mai, fly out bangkok?

My plan was to spend some time in the northern part of thailand first, head down south then end up in Bangkok to fly home. Obvioiusly need to work out all the filler in between.

I like to have a rough itinerary then, make adjustments and go with the flow when i back pack - i will be youth hosteling it for the most part, i dont drink or do drugs, so bei g imprisoned for life hopefully wont be much of an issue?

Thank you and feel free to drop a line!

I also dont feel like the obnoxious tourist and try to meet locals as much as possible as opposed to the real touristy spots - however im not totally against those as often theh are touristy for a reason!

Take care.
