Scope of work would be to go and finalize (pay fee) a bldg/sign permit which has already been applied for, inquire about inspections, take permit to store and install storefront sign per attached elevations & seismic anchoring (bolt shelves to floor) of interior shelving which will be brought in by ToysRus. Seismic anchoring has to start 12:00pm on Monday 9/13 and be completed that evening for a Tuesday inspections (usually takes 4-6 hours). Signage will be delivered on site to store on Monday 9/13 and needs to be installed same day. Bellingham, WA scope of work - secure building permit 9/13 AM, inquire about inspections to get them open, set up such inspecitons, perform seismic anchoring 9/13 noon till done (Seismic bolts are to be 2 1/2in long which will call for a 3in embed & Metal Loop 1/2in wide Anchor Clip), install storefornt sign to arrive 9/13. (Storefront sign will be installed in Bellis Fair Mall Store #700) Always check exit signs, emergency lights, any exposed electrical or items they would not pass an inspection on. Only the work I have listed is approved. All else would be a change order of which I would have to get approval for. It's 55.1 miles to Index on Highway 2 and Google maps says it takes 1 hour 12 minutes. We need two strong people who have an enclosed moving truck to transport our stuff. We are in an apartment building on Queen Ann and we live on the second floor, so there is one WIDE flight of stairs to bring stuff down to the truck. Here's what we need to move: 1. 1 king size pillow top mattress and box spring with basic metal frame. 2. 1 dresser 3. 1 leather sofa 4. 1 skinny chest 5. around 20 boxes of miscellaneous stuff We also want to use you to take the boxes from our storage lockers (2nd and 3rd floors) down to our Door to Door storage containers outside the house. There's probably a total of 40 boxes. With 2 guys, this entire "loading" process should easily be handled under an hour. Then it's a 55.1 mile drive to Index where you will unload the truck. <![CDATA[I have a set of Dana 44's off of a 1976 Wagoneer - both are offset rear diffs, I also have a Dana 18 with Warn Overdrive mated to an SM 420. In addition, I have a pair of Hydra-lok lockers for them - in order to fully work together and go under the 1989 Jeep Wrangler YJ that I have, a bit of work will need to be done. I'd like to find someone who can help. Here is what I'm planning to do. 1) Spring UNDER - I want to maintain the factory mounting surface on the front axle - i.e. I don't want to cut the Diff up to make a new mounting surface. To that end - the drivers side axle tube will need to be shortened a bit. If you go brake side or Diff side is up to you - you're the professional. 2) For the rear axle, we can look into it - but positioning the rear Diff so that it is directly behind the Dana 18 output is critical - again - we may want to shorten the Drivers side tube. 3) Install the Hydra-loks front and rear - I have the plenum for one, but need the other. Installing these may be made easier by the narrowing of the tubes due to the way that the Hydra-Lok is setup. I can provide more info for you. [Some of you may be wondering why I like the Hydra-Lok. Answer - they are extremely durable and have the benefit of being totally overlooked by Jeep enthusiasts. That means that they started out at $400 on eBay but I scored them for $75 each... Why are they overlooked? Answer - they got a bad rap for breaking side gears when under load. What most folks failed to read far enough to realize was that these side gears were being broken behind the crushing torque and horsepower of a Dodge Viper V-10 while cornering. Thus - for dirt, mud and rocks, they will probably never fail.] 4) Make sure that the gears and such are all setup correctly so that when we reseal the axles they are ready to go under the Wrangler and ready to roll! Also can be included is yard and outside maintenance; cutting grass, clearing driveway and sidewalks of pine needles and debris, remove standing water from flat roof and check downspouts to ensure they are clear as needed, removing tree branches and limbs that fall to the ground during storms. Summer yard maintenance also. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work alone and that you have experience in the areas that are listed for the immediate task and permanent position. Ideal person will live close to University Place and be able to respond to regular maintenance tasks and urgent issues in a timely manner. The pay will depend on your experience and how well you perform the tasks of the three items listed above. This is a fourplex rental unit and my budget is limited. Both immediate tasks and part time permanent position requires professional references. The agreement that I had with my last handyman for the past three years is that he would do the work based upon $18 to $20 an hour and $15 for any yard or outside work depending on how difficult the work was. Then he would give me an estimate and I think that he stayed close to the hourly amounts, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the type of task. He was knowledgeable and reasonably priced knowing that I would continue to hire him. He was trustworthy and was dependable for the most part and honest.
