As a RECRUITING MANAGER:

Reporting to the HRDirector, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for:

Create and manage the Recruiting Department. Contact with Spanish Headquarter.

Detect, create, develop and implement new recruiting tools for the store and the Head Office, to all levels: Staff and Managers.

Development of existing recruiting Tools (Interview reports, Competencies analisys, Inditexjobs.com, etc) for the store and Head Office.
<br>
Manage the recruiting of the all new staff: aprox. 500 px in 2006. Over 40 new managers.
<br>
Schedule to implement the recruiting Program.
<br>
Contact and negociate with Headhunters and Temporary staff agencies.

As a AREA MANAGER:

Reporting to the HRDirector, the Area Manager is responsible for:
<br>
A certain amount of stores (8-10) supervising and helping the store managers in the region, providing assistance and follow-up to on compliance of all human resources procedures and policies, helping the managers to take decisions in any area of human resources: recruiting, training, payroll, staff motivation, solve conflicts, evaluations, assessment center, HR budget control, store image, etc
<br>
Training and overseeing the development of new staff of his designed area.
<br>
Providing special support in the opening of new stores
<br>
<br>
The HR Area Manager is the primary interface between corporate Human Resources department in the country and the stores and coordinates accurate information flow in both directions.
<br>
<br>
<br>
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Recruiting Manager) in a multinational retailer with a strong brand image and high standards of customer satisfaction.
<br>
<br>
Previous experience fashion retail industry would be highly valued.
<br>
Fluent in Japanese and English or Spanish.
<br>
<br>
Available to relocate to Tokyo.
<br>
<br>
