As well as a solid end user sales background, candidates who can have experience working with or for VAR’s, Si’s and in a partnering model will have an advantage. CSDMs need have a solid understanding of the business model of Dell. <br> 2. CSDMs must understand what motivates the Dell sales people they work with, use that to their advantage and work in a way which creates trust. In addition they must add value to the sales process thus helping the internal LANDesk sales person to be more successful. <br> 3. They must also be able to drive the internal LANDesk sales people through account opportunity reviews and forecasting. <br> 4.
