When selling your home it can make a big difference in peoples first impression and can be done at minimal costs compared to every thing else you might need to have done with the property. I have a special chemical application system that is what you need to safely power wash a home to clean it without chipping off paint or chipping out chucks of siding especially on cedar sided homes. I use bleach and Dawn dish detergent in the system and I have found it to work the best. It does not harm the plants because I use it in a much diluted form. I will come out to do a free quote and my service is always done ether the same day or usually the next day for fast service. Truck hauling and dumping and dismantling of trash is available.

<![CDATA[The $8,000 first-time homebuyer tax credit, which was set to expire Nov. 30, 2009, has been extended for contracts signed before April 30th, 2010 that close before June 30th, 2010. There are multiple provisions to the tax credit for first time buyers, including an increase in salary for married couples.
<br>
Buyers who already own a home are also now eligible for a tax credit and the purchase of a home. The $6,500 maximum credit will be available to existing homeowners who have lived in their current residence for five of the prior eight years. The legislation does set forth several provision including, limiting eligibility for existing homeowners to homes worth $800,000 or less, as well as making both credits available only for primary residences, not second homes or investment properties. The legislation took effect November 7, 2009 and is not retroactive.
