This apartment has four bedrooms with a bathroom in each as well as walk in closets, stainless steel appliances, wooden floors and carpet in the bedrooms. Three girls have just moved in and already have a combination of items, such as lamps and kitchenware, etc. The apartment is on the second floor and has a small balcony with a storage room; the bedroom has a full-size bed that sits on a raised bed frame for storage underneath, a dresser drawer, a rather large computer desk that has plenty of shelf space, and has a ceiling fan with a nice-size window and blind. The apartment has a great gym with tanning beds, a pool that has a gazebo area, b.b.q. pits, sand volleyball courts and a basketball court.

I am moving at the end of the month, and I need someone to take over my lease. There will be 10 months left, approximately. The bedroom/bath you'll be renting is the Master. The closet is ginormous! Right now, there are no pets in the apartment. It's smoke free or you can smoke on the balcony.

The roomie you'll be getting is 25, works nights, has a boyfriend who lives down south, so she's not home a lot. She's clean, orderly, respectful, pays all bills on time. If you keep a day schedule, you probably won't see her much (I really didn't...which was a shame because she's so sweet).

The living room and dining room are all furnished with her stuff. I am even willing to sell my bed/desk/and bath stuff if someone is interested.

The apartment is spacious, has a great view, there is a dog park on premesis, and there are free workout / training sessions offered through the apartment at their workout facility. The apartment has a huge balcony, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings, and it's considered a luxury apt.

All we're seeking is someone respectful, responsible, and who can keep her mess at least in her own room. Just help out with the trash/dishes/cleaning when you can, pull your own weight, that kind of thing.

Parking is pretty great at this apartment. It's got two swimming pools and bbq pits as well. Neighbors are all quiet but friendly if you bump into them. The complex is called Waters Park if you want to look at some property photos.

Basically, I'll let you move in the last week of September for FREE, but there is a deposit you'll need to pay (my share only) on the apartment and for the electric (my share only) which are both refundable at the end of the lease. Then, she's alllll yours! My loss, your gain. We got a steal on this apartment. Market value is like 200 more a month! There's the potential to renew after 10 months, but you would have to discuss that at a later time.

They are both friendly and social, love to cook and occasionally have friends or family over. One roommate is a massage therapist, so we keep a quiet environment when clients are present. (Two-three a day, usually). We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, responsible but friendly and social as well.

The room to be rented is completely furnished- a full size bed, with drawer space and some closet space. Bathroom has cabinet space and bathtub/shower. Lots of art and plants throughout the space.

We have a room open that we need to fill temporarily until a new member moves in. The hosteling fee is $20 a night. That includes a vegetarian home-cooked meal every night, 24 hour access to the stocked kitchen, free laundry, public computer/internet, wifi, and a friendly community.

I love this place! However, my boyfriend and i are moving in together and he isn't into the east side so I have to part with it. I'm flexible on time frame. No deposit. It is everything it looks like, amazing pool, fitness center, super secure, a parking garage, etc. It is close to everything since it is right off of Mopac (Loop 1). Driving, the apartment is about 7 minutes from downtown, take the bus to UT and be there in 15 minutes!

The apartment is in a prime location, at the very front of the building with a downtown view on the 3rd floor right by the elevators. We just moved in in May and are very sad to have to leave but I have a family emergency that I had to move out of town for and my roommate does not want any other roommates.
<br>
<br>
The apartment is almost fully furnished!
<br>
Furniture: nice set of couches, TV stand, and stools so the shared space is fully furnished except we are missing a coffee table and a chair for the built in desk. Both rooms have huge walk in closets with lots of built ins so you probably wouldn't need to buy much. The "master" room has a double vanity in the bathroom, 3 great dark wood dressers, all you would need is a bed (although you could probably work out a deal with my roomate on the bed) The other room has a full size bed (it is brand new) and a white wood box organizer with different colors. There are washer and dryer connections in the apartment too!

That's more than $1,000 worth of furniture FREE! The only thing is that at the end of the lease you would obviously own the furniture and would need to remove it. Although, it's so great I'm sure you will extend the lease. :)

The rent is $1425 a month and utilities are about $150 (electricity, water, gas, trash, cable and intenet). Which equals to $800 each a month total. It's an excellent price for the quality of the apartment.
<br>
<br>
Rent through Oct.1 is paid so move in now and live for free for a month! Also, we will cover the $85 applcation fee at the apartments- you will need to have a credit check and background check since you will be taking over our lease and not techincally subleasing it from us.

I'm moving to LA at the end of the month. You can actually move in on Sept 26, I should have all of my stuff out by then. And if I'm out earlier, you can move in then as well without paying extra.
