<![CDATA[I have a room in a cool, very large loft in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn that I am interesting in swapping for a place in Austin during the music portion of SXSW (Tuesday 16th to Sunday the 21st, although that is a bit flexible if needed). The room has a very large bed, TV, personal heater, and the apartment has wi-fi.

The room is quite private (it shares no walls with any other rooms in the apartment). We have a nice kitchen, a large living room with multiple couches, and two separate rooms for the bath--one for the shower, and another for the toilet and sink--which is really convenient and makes living with other people easy. My roommates are cool and would be totally friendly and helpful if you needed any guidance up here. We have subletters all the time, so it wouldn't be awkward for you to stay here--no one would mind or be surprised, and they each have significant others and jobs and aren't around all the time, anyway.

The building is full of creative Brooklynites and is within a one minute walk of two great bar/restaurants, plus there's a natural/organic foods store, two coffee shops, one of NYC's top rated upscale pizza jams, two art galleries, a cute little liquor store, and more bars right off of the train stop, all within an approximately five minute walk to our building, with plenty of other bars and things scattered in the walkable vicinity. We're by the Morgan stop on the L Train, which is about a twelve minute ride to Manhattan (if that's your thing).

We don't have any pets, and no one smokes inside (but if you want a cigarette the building hallway has a convenient window you can use).
