This spacious 3 Bedroom Ranch is located in W. Hyannisport on a quiet side street, yet it is convenient to the beaches, island ferries, golf, and all that Hyannis has to offer. The Hyannis area is ideally located in the middle of Cape Cod, which makes checking out the rest of the Cape easy. World famous Craigville Beach is about a mile away. We will provide a parking pass that gives you access to park at all the public beaches in Barnstable. This home is clean, bright and cheerful. Freshly painted rooms and attractive furniture will make you comfortable and your stay pleasurable.

The master bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom, located on the other side of the house, also has 2 twin beds.

A fire placed living room has a color TV, cable, DVD, and VCR, and WiFi. The kitchen is an eat-in-kitchen with new gas range, microwave hood, and fridge. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The rear porch has been newly renovated and offers an additional table for dining, puzzles, or card playing. It also has a daybed that is perfect for that late afternoon nap.

There is a patio off the porch with a large picnic table and other patio furniture. A gas grill is provided. So is a hammock. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold H2O) after a day at the beach or on the golf course.

Enjoy our open floor plan, well equipped kitchen and large dining table that can accommodate everyone! Kitchen and both bathrooms have custom cabinetry, granite and tile. The dining area opens to a 30ft deck overlooking a large yard with woodland views. Last fall we renovated and redecorated the living room and balcony areas with new carpeting, additional recessed lighting, new tile in entry areas and surrounding fireplace hearth, new window and door casings and refurbished the balcony railing! Everyone enjoys gathering around the fireplace in the living room that has a game table, cathedral ceiling, exposed beams, and open stairway to second floor with balcony overlooking living room. All essentials are provided including linens, towels, washer + dryer, paper products, soaps, kitchen wraps + bags, spices, condiments, firewood, kindling, satellite dish, etc.... For your convenience we have firewood and kindling stacked in the basement. We also have a workbench in the basement for sharpening and working on skiis.

Our unit is close to the beach and pavillion area. Point Sebago Resort boasts resort supervised day and evening activities for children ages two to 12 years old. Some of the more popular ones are nightly hayrides with Chippy and Friends, family bonfires with sing-a-longs, and Chippy's playhouse in the evenings. Adult activities include horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, tennis, golf tournaments, Bingo, road races, washer toss, and many more. Some examples of the adult entertainment on site is daily happy hours with hors d'ouvres and entertainment, hypnotists, comedians, Monte Carlo Night, Live Theatre Night, and a new lounge/game room with pub food.

The resort has several beach areas, marina, dining room, general store, and a championship, 18-hole, golf course.

Some pre-teen and teen activities include atomic dodge ball, Ping-Pong tournaments, candy bar Bingo, floor hockey, kayak races, pillow polo, fat bat t-ball, and our own miniature golf course. Teens will have a great time at both the indoor teen dances with professional DJs, and the teen dances aboard the Point Sebago Princess Boat. New activities this year include Lazer Tag and Night Spiker Volleyball.

Most activities are included in the rental price of the resort cottage, with very few requiring a minimal fee.

The dining and living room areas have cathedral ceilings up through the second floor and the skylights above these areas flood the downstairs with natural light. Exposed beams, hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tiling in the kitchen and bathrooms add a special touch to our home. A fully applianced kitchen makes cooking quick and easy. Our downstairs living area has an entertainment cabinet featuring a TV and DVD/VCR combo unit as well as a CD player. One bedroom upstairs also contains a TV and VCR unit. "My friend and I had such an enjoyable time at your Brunswick, ME rental. The house was absolutely adorable. Everything we needed was already at the house. From dishes to linen to a grill it was there if we needed it. We really appreciated having the nice booklet you prepared with information on all the things to do in the area.

We went to Bailey's Island and had dinner at Cooks Lobster House which was amazing. It was about a 20 minute ride and it was so picturesque to have a Lobster dinner at sunset with all of the boats coming and going. We also spent a day in Portland. Plenty of funky gift shops, restaurants and tours, etc. We also spent one afternoon and just walked up to downtown Brunswick and enjoyed exploring the shops. Such a great location to stay in. Twenty minutes this way or that way and you can find plenty to do. Or just spending time around the adorable house and yard with hot tub and outdoor grill is equally enjoyable!! After a 3 hour drive with two exhausted kids, we were delighted to feel so welcomed in a beautiful cozy home. The kids as well as ourselves instantly fell in love house. Its extremely clean, relaxing and definately kid friendly. We have the typical complaining children who get bored easily and they never once said they were bored. From the tvs throughout the house, the stocked childrens dvds, to the games and even rockband, it kept us very entertained. We fell in love with the area and definately plan on going back in the near future. Adults.... on top of this great house, after a long day with the kids, it was awesome being able to wind down in the hot tub. This is a 5 star rental in our opinion and we will definately be back!!!!

The house is wonderful and couldn't be more comfortable. The Christmas trees are especially nice. George used one of the bikes to see the neighborhood and bike the dogs. It's obvious you have great spirits and super talents for outfitting the house in a way that makes it especially warm, welcoming and comfortable. It's also so very convenient to have the wireless internet, which I am right now using from my laptop on your couch!

"What a beautiful home!! Our stay was absolutley perfect and the many amenities of the house were outstanding. With 7 people staying (5 kids from 7 to 15...two girls and three boys) and two adults, we needed a lot of room and lots of distrations...this house fit the bill in perfect fashion. We brought Christmas decorations from home to make it feel more like home but the decorating you did was already perfect...including the beautiful real tree!! The girls especially liked the huge princess frog on the bed in their room! ;-) The house decor is charming and warm and that hot tub is fabulous. The proximity of the house to downtown was excellent...we walked to church on Christmas eve which made it that much more special. The champagne and goodies you left out were ideal on Christmas day...the kids enjoyed the chocolates and cookies and the adults loved the bubbly! Such a nice touch. Wonderful, clean private rental! Me and my husband came up here for the weekend. We found a bottle of red wine at the bar table and a nice welcome sign in the kitchen! The house is so pretty, colorful & romantic!

We just wanted to say that we really loved your house! What a great deal. So much better than being crammed into two hotels rooms and paying more! It was so convenient to be right downtown and we especially loved the private hot tub. Fortunately we had superb weather and soaked up the sun while in the tub. Thanks for leaving all of the dog toys and bed. Even our dog felt right at home and for returning our security deposit so quickly. We hope to be able to stay again in the future!

What a great stay. We've rented many homes before but were so pleased to have everything included. We have to say that the place was extremely clean and fresh for our arrival. Making the reservation was extremely quick and easy. We walked downtown several times, so much to do! We tried out your skates at the free out door rink, checked out a movie at the Tontine mall..also a film at the frontier and really loved Little Tokyo and Lilly's restaurants right on Maine St.
