Ruth is in diapers, on oxygen, uses a walker, has an electric 'lift' chair to help her to a standing position which also fully reclines, and a hospital bed which is electrically controlled. She feeds herself, walks with a walker, rarely will allow the wheelchair to be used. She attends church, and that will be one requirement, that she is to be driven to church each Sunday, and out for lunch afterward. Her car will be used, and she will also pay for lunch for all. We currently have one caregiver who lives in, does all nights, some chores, and will always assist when needed. We are looking for another live in, who can help the other day caregivers with normal caregiving activities, cleaning, grocery store, mail, bathroom changes, meals. This person would also have to fill in for any caregiver that is unable to work on their given day.
