The most important request is that it be detached, so we could all have privacy. It's going to be just my son and me, we will not be staying in our house due to the memories and the mortgage will be too much. Something even on a farm with a little guest house would be nice. I love loud music of all types but I don't like too much noise before 11am or after 11pm. Don't get me wrong, I like to party as much as the next guy, I just don't do that at home. Home is where I go to retire, wind down and chill. I would prefer to live with somebody who goes out a lot or a homebody who doesn't receive lots of guests. I am a private person, I enjoy my solace and I, myself, don't entertain a lot. I mostly just hang out with my girlfriend who is also very respectful and clean. When I do have friends over, I only invite close, personal friends who I trust not to inconvenience any other occupants. That said, you should only entertain twice a week or so. Really, if you've always got friends over--don't bother. I'm signing up to live with -a- roommate or two, not a roommate and a handful of their closest buddies who don't pay rent. While we're on the subject, friends spending the night more than once or twice a month (outside of your romantic life) is not desirable. As an adult in my late twenties, I've been known to drink, smoke, curse and crack sarcastic, so if any of those things turn you off, move along. I'm not a fan of indoor dogs or other free-roaming mammals--save cats--a cat or two would be cool. So, if you're an orderly loner, you suffer from OCD or you are just uptight and anal retentive about your living situation, then I am the roommate for you. Hell, if you're still reading this you may have had worse roommate experiences than I have, so we should probably get right to exchanging war stories.]]>
