I live alone with no roommates. Pets are allowed. There is a nice big window in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also a bar table in the kitchen. My apt is on the second floor. The apartments are fairly new and very clean on the inside and outside. I've lived there for 2 years and never had any bug problems. Over all, it really is a nice place to live. This is a great Uptown apartment in a quiet complex with a bit of a New Orleans feel. It's a 2-bedroom, 2-level apartment. It has 2 half-baths that flank the shower/tub and another half-bath downstairs. The half-baths upstairs have doors separating them, so it's great for roommates. Pretty good closets: walk-in for one bedroom, 2 standard closets for 2nd.

Downstairs is main room and kitchen, which has a built in desk area. Stackable washer/dryer included, plus full-size W/Ds outside building. It's over 1000 sq ft with central heat/air. The kitchen has good pantry and shelving space with dishwasher. Kitchen walks out to a long shared balcony.

Two assigned parking spaces are given. All the apartments face in to a cute courtyard.

The Village of Bear Creek is a highly desirable master-planned apartment community, located right between Dallas and Forth Worth and only 10 minutes from DFW airport. I am going out of town for two months in early May, so I need to sublease my apartment for a special price. The regular price is $800/month, and I am asking for $710/month. The sublease can be shorter or longer. If you need to move in earlier, I can make it available around April 18th. You will also have the option to renew the lease if you like the area.
