I live alone with no roommates. Pets are allowed. There is a nice big window in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is also a bar table in the kitchen. My apt is on the second floor. The apartments are fairly new and very clean on the inside and outside. I've lived there for 2 years and never had any bug problems. Over all, it really is a nice place to live.
