Two queen bedrooms, each with a full bath, plus a loft bedroom with a single/double bunk bed that is perfect for the kids. The living room has a pullout couch and flat screen TV as well as DVD and VHS library. The downstairs queen bedroom has a TV and bureau as well as a full bath. The upstairs queen bedroom opens onto our 'sunset balcony' where you can watch the sun go down while sipping a cool drink, or see the twinkling lights of Corpus Christi in the distance. There's a TV installed, and a bureau to store your things. <br> <br> We are a quick 5-6 min walk to the beach via a boardwalk, and there is a shower at the villa end of the boardwalk so you can get rid of all that sand before coming inside - it's a great way to rinse off! We are also close to the larger of the two pools at the complex - so if you want to cool off quickly, you can pop into the pool and float in comfort and relaxation there! <br> <br> Feel your cares slip away as you walk the beach at sunrise. Sip a cool drink from our second floor "sunset balcony" off the back bedroom, while the sun slips to the horizon. The unit has a minimum two night rental requirement (three nights on holidays), and is a short five minute walk to the beach via the boardwalk. Sorry, but there are no pets allowed (in the entire condo complex - not just our rules) and this is a non-smoking only unit. <br> <br> We have lots of pictures loaded at portarental.com so you can get a good idea of the place - feel free to check it out! <br> <br> We are down the road from horseback riding and fishing; downtown has lots of great restaurants and bars, and plenty of shopping.
