We are currently looking for two Service Delivery Managers at our Montreal location. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a team of call center concierge employees in delivering operational excellence, consistent transaction processing, and compliance with client and company standards.
<br>

Qualified candidates MUST have extensive experience working in a call center environment, managing a team of several people. Candidates without call center experience will not be considered. Also, candidates must be flexible with their work schedule including working weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day activity of incoming calls, requests and fulfillment, ensuring that service levels and workflow meet or exceed defined standards.
<br>
• Manage a team of up to 15 concierges to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and compliance objectives.
<br>
• Be an employee advocate – removing barriers and raising awareness.
<br>
• Support the successful implementation of new or enhanced client initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement; initiate steps to implement change.
<br>
• Drive the success of both team and individual objectives by creating a supportive environment where Concierges are expected to perform and receive the support required to be successful.
<br>
• Provide a climate in which open communication and expression is valued and encouraged.
<br>
• Ensure that staffing resources are utilized to effectively support the workflow and arrival patterns to meet service levels and other standards.
<br>
• Ensure that company records support compliance and financial obligations, and issues are elevated and addressed.

Requirements:
<br>
<br>
• 5-8 years of call center experience, preferably for a luxury brand or in the travel industry.
<br>
• Experience supervising 15+ people in a call center environment.
<br>
• Ability to work in a fast paced, complex and dynamic environment with progressive requirements.
<br>
• Proven ability to establish customer relationships and rapport over the phone.
<br>
• Proven track record of successful project management.
<br>
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
<br>
• Strong attention to detail.
<br>
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
<br>
• Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of management.
<br>
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
<br>
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
<br>
