<![CDATA[Hi, I'm a French student currently living with two friends in a flat sharing in a good quiet location in Tokyo. The apartment is 50m² big and my room for rent is a 8 mat tatami style (the biggest of the appartment). The apartment is well located: 3 min max by foot to the station and meidaimae is located 5 min by express train to Shinjuku (10 by express or local) on the Keio line (130 yen only) and 15minutes from Shibuya on local train (7min with the express) keio Inokashira line (130 yen only too). No need to say that it is a very convenient place for this if you need to change at the biggest station Shinjuku or if you want to go clubbing/going to bar or dining in Shibuya. Another good thing is that Meidaimae is 3mins far (by train) to Shimokitazawa where you can find loads of good restaurants and nice or cheap shopping stores. The flat is on the 8th floor and my room has a big four-doors window that able you to wake up with the view of the Mount Fuji or let you sleep if you close the dark grey curtains. As it is a tatami room there are not a lot of furnitures: two confortable futon one TV stand with a 27inch HD ready LCD screen, a small bookshelve and two small cushions brown and cream white and there is also a big closet (1 tatami long 1 and almost half tatami high). The room has an access to the small balcony. A convertible heater/air conditioner is of course included in the room. There is no living room but a Kitchen with microwave, Fridge with a freezer part, blender, toaster, sandwich maker, mixer. There is currently no gas stove as we don't have many time to cook but if needed we can buy one. Bath room and toilets are separated (good when someone is showering) and the toilets are automatics one. There is also a washer The rent is 55000 Yen then you will have to pay the bills that are equally divided. Bills include: electricity, water, gas and internet (internet is fiber otpic, so means broadband with wifi and is actually cheap) This room share is until end of August so no possibility to stay longer, but you can leave end of July if needed. Close to the building you will find a Family Mart, AMPM and a Minna no Ichiba and Sunkus which are good convenient stores as well as Starbucks, Doutor, McDonald's, Gasto Family restaurants, Coco Ichiban (curry house) a café some bars.
